30 Days Easy Return/Refund Policy

We have high quality control standard to make sure all the products we ship in perfect conditions, however, a return or an exchange request is unavoidable. If for some reason ( Refer to the following notes ), you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you return and refund you. The following reasons are COVERED by our Free Refund Policy. (Within 30 days Processing time)

1. Free refunds can be applied when Processing Time over 30 days;

2. Free Split Order can be applied when Processing Time over 20 days;

3. Express order can Apply for $10 compensation when Processing Time over 10 days;

The following reasons are COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Within 30 days of receipt)

1. It arrived wrong item/color.

2. It arrived damaged, in the wrong size, or in poor/defective quality.

3. You received the incorrect photo charm. If the picture's appearance is different from the photo provided to Lunawe.

4. Packages were get lost in transit.

The following reasons are NOT COVERED by our Return/Exchange Policy. (Outside of the 30 days of receipt)

1. The returned items without communication will not be accepted. All returns must be approved by our customer service team.

2. Products that are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Worn, used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Products destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.

Below are the detailed instructions on HOW TO PROCESS a Return/Exchange or Refund.

1. First of all, please contact our after-sale service via email or submit a request here, we will check the issues and confirm the return details for you. Otherwise, we do not accept the return without the consent of the customer service.

2. Please send the related evidence to confirm the problem like picturesor videos, so we can claim it for you.

3. Buyers are responsible for returning the items in their original conditions within 2 weeks of delivery of items through registered mails with the online delivery tracking number and also be responsible for the shipping fee.

4. Refunds will get back to your account within 3-7 business days Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

IMPORTANT:

1. Please allow 3-5cm differs due to manual measurement because of Customized Plus size, thanks ((1inch=2.54cm, 1cm=0.39inch)

2. Our standard size chart is close to the US Size and its finished costume Plus size. We suggest taking our size chart as a guideline before you choose the size.

3. If you don't know how to choose the size, we suggest you have someone else help you to take your measurements, and then choose our custom size.

4. As different computers display colors differently, the color of the actual item may vary slightly from the above images, thanks for your understanding.

5. If you need our customer service staff to help you confirm the most suitable size, please feel free to contact us.

6. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered. Lunawe cannot be made liable of packages lost in this case.
